Court Holidays Are a Solved Problem — Stop Tracking Them Manually

How automatic court-holiday handling prevents the most embarrassing kind of missed hearing.

Court holidays are predictable. They're published. They don't change. And yet missed hearings caused by 'we didn't realise the court was closed' happen every year in every firm.

The reason is simple — the partner is checking the firm's calendar, not the court's calendar, and nothing is checking the two against each other.

AssociatesDiary's calendar consumes the published court holiday lists for every jurisdiction it supports and automatically blocks those dates from being scheduled. If a partner tries to schedule a hearing on a known holiday, the system asks for confirmation. If a hearing is already scheduled and a holiday gets newly notified, the partner is alerted.

It sounds small. It eliminates one of the most embarrassing categories of missed hearing entirely.
